Lesson 3.5: lifting on my thumb by day 3, what am I doing wrong?
Hey Shelby! Did this set 3 days ago and it's already lifting on my right thumb. I've added a photo of the full set, a close-up of the lifting at the cuticle, and a quick video of how I applied my first layer.
Full setClose-up · lifting0:18Video · first layerAhh this is the most common one in here, and it's a good sign you're already spotting it 💕 Short answer: that's a prep issue, not your capping. See how the lift is starting right at the cuticle and not the free edge? That tells me there's still a bit of dead cuticle or oil sitting on the plate, so the product grabbed onto skin instead of nail.
